Le Chateau De Philiomel was a delightful family getaway that captured the essence of authentic French charm. The owner's warm hospitality made our unexpected departure smooth and kind. Our spacious room on the first floor, complete with a Jacuzzi and terrace overlooking the serene lake, was a lovely retreat. Walking through the tree-lined drive felt like stepping back in time, perfect for a quiet promenade with my family.The historical character of the chateau added a unique touch to our stay, making it a memorable experience. We enjoyed playing billiards in the breakfast room, a fun activity for all ages. The continental breakfast was satisfying, and the staff's friendly demeanor made us feel at home.
